Refund for transmission

All Auto Part Store - Refund for transmission

I bought a transmission from this company back in Aug, I didn't receive the part until Oct 11th. The part was put in on the 15th of Oct, and on February 20th the transmission went.

I have taken it to two different mechanics and both states that the transmission isn't any good.

I have sent the company several emails without any response. The phone number on their website is now disconnected.

Stole money from my banking account

Updated by user Nov 20, 2023

As of November 20, 2023, this business will not answer my calls and has not received my money they stole out of my account

Original review Nov 20, 2023
On June 7, 2023, I ordered a transmission for a 2008 BMW 528i from this place that cost $1,350. The salesman said they have the transmission, so I paid for it with my debit card.

The salesman stated that the transmission would be inspected and will ship out the following week. A week passed and didn't hear from this place, so I called to see what was the holdup. I was told they were putting the transmission in a crate and will be shipped to me along with the routing number. Another week passed and called, where I was informed that they never had the transmission.

The person I talked to told me that he has his own business on the side, and could sell me the transmission at a cheaper price, and my response was, I just want my money back. After well over two months of pleading and threatening to call the police, they finally refunded my $1,350. I found out later they took two payments from me. They charge me twice for the same transmission.

A total of $2,700. They stole $1,350 from my account without me authorizing this. They gave me all types of excuses as to why they don't have the money to pay me the money they stole from me. Their bank account was frozen, Will pay the following week, open a PayPal account, and would pay me, The so-called manager swore he would pay me out of his own money.

Meanwhile, This went on up to November and still haven't received my money.

I checked all the addresses this so-called business is using and called the property managers of their so-called locations, and was told this company has never leased office space from them.I told the manager about the fake addresses, and now they will not answer my phone calls.I filed a report with the FBI and was told that this so-called business could be operating in India.I believe it because everyone spoke with broken English. Anyone that is interested in filing a petition against this business, to submit to the FBI please contact me

Warranty claim

Purchased an engine in September 2023. Same story as everyone else- " mechanic is taking it out, looking at it, testing it, shipping it, delayed, the list goes on.

EVERYONE there says the other person is on the line, will call back, but never call back. Received engine that was clearly older than what they claimed. Was told would be given a credit, never received. Now the engine is burning oil and has codes.

I have called every day. Spoke with Jordon, Thomas and David - all said they would call back. Have not received a call and I believe they blocked my number. I have emailed them according to their warranty procedures.

Silence.

I have called (888)570-****, (844)414-****, (254)84*-*** Jordan, (254)840-****,(254)343-****. DO NOT TRUST THEM- JORDON, THOMAS, DAVID, MERLIN, NORA, LOGAN, KEITH, ALAN, SAMUEL, JOHN, ALINA, KEITH, PETER, MARIA, RAY, RICK.

The worst experience l ever had in my life.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

They sold me an engine they never had, they lie like it the rest of mankind was stupid, i was never able to talk with the same person twice, they put people on the phone with a terrible Indian accent telling me the engine will be here tomorrow a few times within a month. Thank God i paid with Pay-pal, Even after Pay-pal refunded me, they sent me an email asking me to give them my bank account number for them to refund me.

Lol. How much of a crooked business do they run?

How can they be in business? Doesn't the government know about this?

Dont Was told it would be 7-14 days. It took 8+ weeks to get the engine.

It was not the engine we were promised and purchased. The condition was terrible. Corroded, rusty and had no VIN #. They dropped it off and left.

No signing for it or anything.

They are the worst company I've ever dealt with in 50 years. BEWARE!!!

I found All Auto Part Store on Google, and they exceeded my expectations. Their team provided the right solution, saving me money.

In just 7 days, they delivered and installed the unit, which has been working perfectly. The customer service was friendly and efficient.

Highly recommend! Thank you, All Auto Part Store!

AAPS is a total scam. I ordered a transmission on 9/20/23 and have continued to get nothing but similar excuses to other complaints filed.

Was told that part would be delivered in 14 days from order date. Latest email offered me 60% off my next order if I did not complain. I'm sure they wete kidding. Next Order!!!!!

They have now blocked my number to prevent me from calling or texting. There is absolutely nothing legit about this scam. Made the same mistake others have by not reading reviews first.

I have no recourse except legal actions. My ratings for this supposed business is a minus 10(-10)

Chase can't collect from this merchant that sold me a broken engine because money was converted from chase to pay pal and to square. I was on the phone for 8 hours today and got more empty promises of a refund from this company who is robbing people.

This must stop shame on Chase shame on Pay Pal and shame on Square for Allowing this company to remain in business and steal from other people. Stop this madness.I hate thieves!

Original review Aug 19, 2023
DI like the other guy that didn't get his engine. I got an engine but unfortunately I didn't do any kind of research the engine I got was bad engine busted pistons busted oil pan.

It was just totally busted. No Yjjrh and the guy gave me a hard time about returning it so I just canceled my payment with Chase thinking that was that and I bought another engine from another place now a month later Chase tells me they can't collect the money because they use a different form of third-party cashing my money that I gave them from Chase. They converted it into PayPal and it's a square , so Chase cannot get the money back now. I'm in a really bad predicament I'm on disability and they shoot for stealing peoples money.

That's all they do is steal peoples money. Do not buy an engine from them. Whatever you do they start harassing me after I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they had to get their engine back. They told me I had to deliver the engine back to them.

Have you ever heard of such a thing a broken engine Dr. Selling threw a broken engine and they're getting away with it off of the sea possible what kind of nation is it to let corporations get away with this ripping off the general public makes no sense I don't know where to turn to since Chase can't back me up any longer because it went through Square and it went through PayPal, but I did touch the bank obviously because the money came from my account But for them not to be able to get it back is very hard pill to swallow I think

These guys have hundreds of bad reviews where they have ripped people off. I also ordered from them luckily not as much money as what you have lost but I'm trying to get about $600 back for the part that I ordered and they never could find it.

They will call you once a week and give you empty promises just to keep you on the fence but the part will never come it just drags on and on. I called them a week ago fed up and told them that I wanted a refund well the guy done something he sent me an email stating that they were going to give me a refund but they had a restocking fee out of the $610 I gave them I was only going to get $452 of it back and that took three to five business days to receive it. Tomorrow will be the 5th day I still have not received it I don't think I'm going to but what they don't know I'm very good with the law so I will be calling the Better Business Bureau of America along with my bank and their local police in that area so I can get something done. I'm also thinking about starting a petition of all the people they have ripped off that's got to be worth something in court One fellow said they told him they refunded his money then they sent him a fake receipt saying that they did so he foul fraud through his bank he said luckily he got his money back but no thanks to the company the bank got it for him.

I will not stop until I get my money back I will make phone call after phone call I have also found out the address they use on their website is not even a real address I don't know how these people are getting by with ripping honest working people off but you can tell by talking to them that they are not from here I wouldn't care to bet most of them don't even have a green card. Sorry to hear about what happened to you contact the Better Business Bureau of America and see what you can get done about it.

To warn others of their scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a used motor for $5900 end it was to be shipped in 7 to 14 business days. The first delay was blamed on an ice storm and my truck would be two weeks late.

The second delay was blamed on Covid for another two weeks delay. During this time, they could not provide proof that there was an engine, or give me a proof of purchase, warranty information, any official documents. After 35 days, the sales person, Jordyn, promised me he would refund my money if I did not get the part in the next 10 days. 11 days later, he would not return my phone calls so I spoke with Larry in customer service who promised me he would get back to me in 10 minutes.

He gave me a bill of lading number and guaranteed me that it was being shipped with UPS freight. I called UPS and they had no record of the bill of lading number. They asked me again for another week. At this point I realize there was no engine, and I was never going to get it.

I demanded a refund of my money which they did not want to do because they insisted it had shipped. Next I spoke with Irene, who told me they would refund my money but would have to charge me a 30% restocking fee. At this point I began to do more research, which I shouldve done in the beginning, to find that all three business addresses that were listed did not belong to them. One was in elementary school, one was a law firm, and one is an insurance agency.

I called all three to verify this business is not there and they told me other people had called and that this was probably a scam. Ive been threatened to report them to the police and within one minute they issued a full refund.

Cons:

Preferred solution: Take down their website and stop scamming people

User's recommendation: Do not even engage with this company. If you don’t believe me, just look up their addresses. They aren’t real. They will sell you some thing, then when you don’t get it and want a refund, they will charge a restocking fee and keep your hard earned money.

Same thing hasppened to me. The only way to get your money back in full is to tell them you will call the police. I dont know why they are still in business

Same has happened to me they won't give you your money back even if they don't have the part. They go under different names and the addresses are fake.

I called the property managers of the addresses they are saying they are located.

The property manager clearly stated they ever had this business lease property at the location.Warning! These crooks will take your money!
